2 cups full-fat milk

Instructions:

Boil milk and reduce it to half.

Mix in sugar, almond paste, saffron, and cardamom.

Cool, transfer to molds and freeze overnight.

Unmold and enjoy chilled!

3️⃣ Double Ka Meetha (Hyderabadi Bread Pudding) 🍞

Ingredients:

4 triangle-shaped pieces of bread

1 cup milk

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup condensed milk

1/4 tsp saffron strands

1/2 tsp cardamom powder

For garnish chopped almonds & pistachios

 

Instructions:

Deep fry the slices in ghee until they turn a golden brown.

In a pan, combine milk, sugar, condensed milk, saffron, and cardamom and bring to a boil.

Layer fried bread in a dish, then pour the milk mixture on top and drizzle over fried bread.

Soak for 30 minutes, sprinkle with nuts, and serve warm or cold.

4️⃣ Rose Falooda 🌹

Rose-flavored drink, chilled and served as a dessert.

 

Ingredients:

1/2 cup falooda sev (vermicelli)

2 cups milk

2 tbsp rose syrup

1 tbsp basil seeds (soaked)

1 scoop vanilla ice cream

Chopped nuts for garnish

 

Instructions:

Cook and cool the falooda sev.

In a glass, first, add basil seeds then add falooda sev and then the chilled milk.

Add rose syrup and mix.

Top with ice cream and nuts. Serve cold!
